This year, our top sellers were rewarded with a trip to Pebble Beach, California at The Lodge at Pebble Beach. The resort is truly incredible – the grounds, the restaurants, the pools, the stunning beauty, the extraordinary luxury combined with the impeccable attention of professionally trained staff succeeded in making the trip memorable and enjoyable.
Overall the trip was jam-packed with activities like a scavenger hunt through Carmel, golf at the famous Pebble Beach course, as well as trips to the spa and various tour opportunities in the Carmel area. We shared experiences and discussed tactics and strategies in order to achieve the next generation of Service First. The sun, the sand, and the people are preserved as a memory.

We can all take a page out of the President’s Club playbook and aspire to greatness with each interaction on behalf of the company. We must be open and honest in every relationship. We must be customer centric in every task we perform. We must be passionate and innovative as we develop new technology and new processes to improve what we do. We must be inclusive and collaborative with colleagues, partners and clients.
