During the early days of the Las Vegas housing boom Taylor Owings went to visit her aunt, a realtor specializing in luxury properties. The trip gave Taylor the chance to see what a day in the life of a real estate professional looked like and she hasn’t looked back since.
Taylor started her mortgage career as a loan assistant and trained as a processor before getting her loan officers license. She strives to offer her millennial and first time homebuyer clients a sense of trust that they’re making informed choices. “The loan process is intimidating, and the average buyer doesn’t know what an escrow is or how an FHA loan works. I want to take the time to go step by step and make sure they really understand how these things work.”
